Privacy policy

Lyric Pilot collects no data.

Effective 2026-07-12

What the app does with your microphone

When you start voice-follow mode, Lyric Pilot uses your device's microphone and on-device speech recognition (Apple's Speech framework) to match what you sing or say against the lyrics you pasted. This happens entirely on your device:

You can revoke microphone and speech-recognition permission at any time in iOS Settings; the manual scrolling mode works without them.

Your lyrics and songs

Songs you create stay in a local database on your device. They are only ever shared if you explicitly use the export feature, which hands a file to the iOS share sheet under your control.

What we collect

Nothing. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no accounts, no cookies, no third-party SDKs that phone home. This website is a static page and keeps the same promise — no trackers, no third-party requests.

Children's privacy

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes any of the above (for example, adding an online feature), this policy will be updated and the change noted in the App Store release notes before it takes effect.
